By accessing or purchasing from kitkatthe2tails.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services or products.

1. Ownership of Content and Products

All products, content, designs, media, digital downloads, written materials, and any other intellectual property provided through this platform or by Kitkatthe2tails.com are the sole property of Kitkatthe2tails/Jazmine. By using this site or purchasing any products, you acknowledge that:

  • All rights, title, and interest in and to the products and content remain exclusively with Kitkatthe2tails/Jazmine.
  • No ownership rights are transferred to the customer upon purchase or download.
  • Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized use of any content or products is strictly prohibited.

2. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with all of our products and services. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you are eligible for a 100% refund under the following condition:

  • You must first communicate directly with Kitkatthe2tails/Jazmine regarding your issue.
  • After discussion, if the matter cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, a full refund will be issued promptly.

3. Commission Policies

3.1 Commission Acceptance & Payment

After reviewing and accepting your commission via the Google Forms submission, payment must be made in full before work on the commission begins.
This policy helps protect against scams and ensures fairness for both parties.

  • All commission payments are processed through PayPal only.

3.2 Commission Refunds

Refunds may be requested at any time during the commission process. Refund eligibility is based on progress made:

  • Full Refund: Only available if the commission has been barely started.
  • Partial Refund: If more than 50% of the work has been completed, only a partial refund will be issued, calculated based on how much of the commission has been finished.
  • No Refund: If the commission is fully completed and delivered, refunds will not be available.

3.3 Commission Content Restrictions

For art commissions, the following will not be drawn under any circumstances:

  • Humans or human-like creatures
  • NSFW content
  • Offensive, hateful, or discriminatory subjects
  • Controversial or harmful themes

If a commission request includes any of the above, it will be denied.

3.4 Usage Rights for Commissions

Unless otherwise stated by the client:

  • Completed commissions may be used by Kitkatthe2tails/Jazmine for advertising, portfolio, or promotional purposes.

If you do not want your commission used for advertising, you must specify this during the request or at any point before the commission is completed.

4. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
